On 22 May 2013, the Healthy Seas Initiative signed a lease agreement for a location in Scheveningen harbour, in the municipality of The Hague (the Netherlands). A waste fishing net reception facility will be established there, for temporary storage of marine litter. Now that we have a location, we can actively approach organizations than can provide waste fishing nets!
